Please make sure you have sufficient funds available in your account. If you do then your bank may be rejecting the payment. This is simply due to the nature of the transaction being a subscription. If this is the case, you'll need to contact your bank and ask them to authorise the payment to us. When your subscription is due to automatically renew, the funds will be taken on the 1st of the month. If there are insufficient funds in the account at the time of renewal, you will be notified via email. The system will automatically attempt to take the payment, for the next 8 consecutive days. If after these attempts funds are unable to be obtains your account will automatically expire and your subscription will no longer be active.
