Yes, you can return your box to us by following the return procedure below. However, if something is wrong with the box once received (such as a damaged or missing item), please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be able to assist further.
You have 30 days from receiving your box to return for a refund. The box must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped in order to be refunded.
Step 1 – Securely seal your subscription box, writing your full name and subscription number visibly on the box.
Step 2 – Simply post this back to our warehouse, via 2nd class (obtaining proof of postage). We do not provide prepaid return labels, the postage to return the box back to us has to be covered by yourself.
Step 3 – Once we receive the box back, a refund will be issued via the original payment method which can take around 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days for the returns to be processed by the team.
